<Girl>裡的合聲中重複tit, tit, tit......, 是女生胸部的俗語,是披頭四開的小玩笑==

原來背景的男人說話聲竟是莎劇<李爾王>裡面的對白!!
一直以為只是隨便從收音機裡節錄幾個男人的聲音下來罷了,
想不到居然也是別有意義的。
讓我想翻<李爾王>劇本來看看了XD
然後最後的合唱,以前始終毫不猶豫地以為他們在唱"Everybody smoke pot"(大家吸大麻)
這種露骨的反道德詞彙,結果書上寫的卻是: Oompah, oompah, stick it up your jumper
儘管其中含意可能也是與吸毒有關,但一整個會錯意啊XDD

這首歌竟然被我忽視到現在!!
唯一熟悉的地方只有在<LOVE>專輯裡作為過門音樂的結尾旋律,
不過那濃厚的印度音樂中狀似中國嗩吶的尖扁音色著實令我印象深刻。
(George用了許多印度樂器,包括沙樂琴Sarod、印度嗩吶 Shehnai、印度竹笛Bansuri、印度手鼓pakhavaj ),
不過更令人震驚的是,整首歌詞居然是出自老子的<道德經>!!!!
原本以為書上寫的八成是穿鑿附會,結果看著歌詞聽這首歌時,
才赫然發現George確實直接引用了一整段<道德經>!!
原來中華文化在BEATLES的歌曲裡也有參上一腳啊XDD
